For orders within the United States:

• Economy Shipping: We primarily use USPS Media Mail, which is uninsured and has an estimated delivery time of 5–10 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: Faster shipping options are available via UPS and USPS. These methods are always insured, and delivery timelines will be provided at checkout. Please note that shipping times depend on the carrier and may experience unexpected delays or losses.

International Shipping

We are pleased to ship internationally:

• Economy Shipping: Orders are shipped via USPS and integrated into your country’s local postal system. Delivery times range from 10–21 business days, though some destinations may take longer.
• Expedited Shipping: Available through UPS and DHL, with delivery timelines provided at checkout.

If your package has not arrived within the expected time frame, or if your country is not listed for shipping, please contact us at contact@infinitebooks.com. We are happy to assist with tracking your order or to consider and process a manual order for unlisted countries.

Customs Duties and Fees

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply based on your country’s regulations.

• These fees are determined by your country’s customs authority and are not within our control.
• You are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are typically due upon delivery.
• If customs fees are refused, the package may be held or returned to us. Refunds may not be available in such cases.

Tracking Information

All book orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking information via email within 1–2 business days of placing your order. If you do not receive your shipment within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@infinitebooks.com.

Product Durability

Our stickers are printed on high-quality vinyl and are designed for durability on water bottles and outdoor surfaces. They are dishwasher safe and should last through numerous cycles. For prolonged lifespan, we recommend handwashing items featuring our stickers.

While we do not have a formal return policy due to the rarity of return requests, we prioritize customer satisfaction.
